Inhaltszusammenfassung:

In dieser experimentellen Studie wird der Einfluss von Plasma aktiviertem Medium auf aus Patientenproben gewonnene Endometrioseorganoide hinsichtlich Wachstumsinhibition und Apoptose untersucht. Zuvor werden wirksame PAM-Parameter in 2D-Zellmodellen etabliert.
