Abstract:
The common shortcoming of all available investigations into the type of action "Interrogating accused persons through the police" results- so the thesis of this report on the literature - from the abstinence, quite common in criminology, from basic sociological, structural aspects on the microsociological level. Thus it has not been reached so far to reveal the internal dynamics of this type of action and, through it, the structural motivation imposed on the policeman. As a consequence of this structural analytical deficit, the interrogating behaviour of the police has been submitted to norm critical examination merely-through which, however, it remained ununderstood.
