Strategie und Taktik der polizeilichen Vernehmung : zur soziologischen Analyse selektiver Kriminalisierung

Abstract

Bedingungen, Funktionen und Folgen polizeilicher Vernehmungspraxis stehen im Mittelpunkt der folgenden Analyse. Dabei erweist sich die Tätigkeit der Polizei zunächst als eine spezifische Form staatlicher Macht nd gesellschaftlicher Reaktion auf Devianz. Sodann werden Vernehmungsstrategien und -taktiken sowohl hinsichtlich ihrer strukturell bedingten Determinanten als auch hinsichtlich ihrer interaktionslogischen und zwangskommunikativen Strukturen untersucht. Die Ergebnisse der Analyse bekräftigen die These, daß die von der Polizei ausgeübte soziale Kontrolle selektive Züge zu Lasten unterprivilegierter und machtarmer Gruppen aufweist.

The conditions, functions, and consequences of police interrogation constitute the focus of the analysis above. Within this frame of reference, police work is seen as a general function of statepower as well as a special kind of societal reaction to deviant behavior. Then, the interaction process of police interrogation is analysed unter a theoretical concept concerning the specific underlying compulsive structure of communicative behavior in relation to the negotiation of criminal Status. The findings of this analysis reinforce the hypothesis that the social control exercised by the police is highly selective to the disadvantage of the unterprivileged and powerless.
