Inhaltszusammenfassung:

Die vorliegende Studie wertet den klinischen Einsatz der Kontrastmittelsonographie in der Diagnostik unbekannter Lebertumoren aus. In den Händen eines erfahrenen Untersuchers erweist sich die Methode als ein sehr valides Instrument bei gleichzeitg hoher Patientenakzeptanz und niedriger Komplikationsrate.

Abstract:

The aim of the study was to evaluate focal liver lesions by contrast-enhanced ultrasonography. As a result ultrasound contrast agents definitely improve characterization of focal liver lesions.
