Inhaltszusammenfassung:

Bei einer Infektion mit Yersinia enterocolitica kommt es über das Typ III Sekretionssystem zur Translokation der Yops in eukaryontische Zellen. Zum besseren Verständnis der Yersinien Infektion ist es wichtig die Zielzellen der Translokation zu kennen. In dieser Studie wurde ein Reportersystem etabliert, mit dem man Yop Translokation in vitro und in vivo nachweisen kann.

Abstract:

During an infection with Yersinia enterocolitica yops in eucaryotic cells will be translocated with the help of the Type III scretion system. For better understanding of the yersinsia infection it is important to know which are the target cells of the translocation. In this study a reporter system was established, with which you can detect yop transolaction in vitro and in vivo.
