The 6th Quantitative Investigations in Theoretical Linguistics conference (QITL) offers a platform for the theoretically motivated and anchored discussion of quantitative investigation of natural language. The increasing availability of empirical data has become central in the development and investigation of theories about natural language and its processing by human beings.

The 6th QITL was held at the “Alte Aula” in Tübingen, Germany, from Wednesday to Friday, 4-6 November 2015.
